BakeryLab CoWork is a flexible, premium workspace inside BakeryLab Bagatelle Mall, operated by Culina et Traditiones Ltd. By registering as a member, you agree to the terms set out in this document.

1. Membership Rates & Plans

Membership Terms

The minimum commitment for discounted rates is 15 days. Day passes are available with no minimum.
Memberships are prepaid and non-transferable.
30-Day members auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before expiry.
Members may pause a 30-Day plan once per quarter; requests must be submitted in writing with at least 48 hours' notice.
Membership is personal and non-transferable to another individual.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
Accepted methods: Cash, bank card, or digital bank transfer.
An email receipt is issued within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Late payment incurs a Rs 200 administrative fee after 3 days.

Refund Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of signup: Full refund, processed within 7 business days.
Cancellation after 7 days: No refund. Membership runs its full term.
Unused days are not refundable.

3. Operating Hours

After-hours access: 30-Day members may apply for after-hours key access for an additional Rs 1,000/month. Subject to availability and manager approval.

4. Amenities & Inclusions

Included for all members:

High-speed WiFi (min. 50 Mbps; 99% uptime SLA)
Dedicated desk and seating
Unlimited filtered coffee, tea & water
Free parking (unlimited)
Air-conditioned workspace
USB charging ports at all desks
Private phone booth (30 min/session)
Personal locker (30-Day members only)
24/7 email support; on-site manager 07:30–20:30

Not included:

Printing/scanning (Rs 5/page)
Phone/landline service
Mail or package receiving
Outside catering

5. Food & Beverage Member Discount

Exclusions: Promotional combo items, gift cards, and catering/bulk orders.
To claim: Show your member QR code or provide your registered mobile number at the counter.
Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

6. Guest Policy

Members may invite up to 1 guest per session into the common lounge area.
Complimentary guest duration: 30 minutes per visit.
Extended guest visit: Additional 30 minutes available for Rs 100 (payable at reception).
Maximum 3 guest visits per member per week.
All guests must sign the visitor register.
Guests are subject to the same Code of Conduct; members are responsible for their guests' behaviour.

7. Meeting Room Bookings

15-Day members: 10% discount on room rates.
30-Day members: 15% discount + 1 complimentary 2-hour booking per month.
Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: No refund.
No outside catering permitted. Strictly professional use.

8. Check-In & Data Privacy

Members check in using their personal QR code or by signing the attendance register.
Personal data is used solely for membership management and billing verification.
Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without member consent.
Data retention: 6 months from membership expiry.
Processing is conducted in compliance with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017.

9. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

Maintain professional and respectful behaviour at all times
Use headphones for audio/video content
Use the phone booth for calls exceeding 5 minutes
Clean up their workspace before leaving

Members must not:

Smoke, vape, or consume alcohol on premises
Engage in harassment or disruptive conduct
Share WiFi credentials with non-members
Use the space for events or sales solicitation

Enforcement: First breach — verbal warning. Second — written warning. Third — immediate termination with no refund.

10. Liability & Safety

Culina et Traditiones Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Members use all facilities at their own risk.
CCTV monitoring is active in all common areas (excluding washrooms and private spaces).

11. Cancellation & Termination

Member-initiated cancellation: 48 hours' written notice required.
30-Day memberships auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal.
Manager-initiated termination for Code of Conduct violations: no refund applies.

12. Amendments

Culina et Traditiones Ltd reserves the right to update rates and terms with 30 days' written notice.
